1. How can I see my invoice?

You can see your invoices on the My Account page under Invoice History. You will need your LiveEngage account number, and an admin username and password to access the page.


2. How can I pay an invoice?

  • Pay the balance of your invoices on the My Account page under Invoice History.
  • Manually pay individual invoices on the LivePerson Pay Invoice page.
  • Send a check to:

3. How do I change my account’s credit card info?

Go to the My Account page and modify the information in the Payment Method section.

4. My account expired due to credit card failure, how do I change it?

Please chat with a LivePerson representative (available 24/7). They will activate your account for 48 hours, to allowing you to update your credit card data.

5. Where can I find my account number?

You can see your account number on the My Account page under Account Overview.
