Campaigns are essential for working with LiveEngage chat and web messaging platforms. You configure campaigns to determine the location of engagements on your website. to define your target audience, target specific visitor behavior, and to define your business goals to assist you in measuring your success.
Campaigns can be by created and customized by Admin and Campaign manager users on the Campaigns page.
