Web messaging

Once you’ve set up users and skills in your LiveEngage account,  you can start messaging with customers on your mobile website.

Your LiveEngage account comes with a default, out-of-the-box campaign which automatically adds an engagement to your tagged website pages. You can use the default campaign and engagement to start web messaging.

In addition, you can create new campaigns with new web engagements. In LiveEngage, campaigns are where all your digital engagements are created and organized. Campaigns allow you to target specific audiences in order to achieve specific business goals, such as increasing sales or generating leads.

Admin and campaign manager users can create and customize campaigns on the Campaigns page.

In-app messaging     

Once you’ve set up users and skills in your LiveEngage account, you can add messaging to your mobile app (Android or iOS) with our in-app messaging SDKs.

Messaging connectors on LiveEngage

For brands, creating a presence on the channels used by their consumers is key to building connections and creating prospects. Our out-of-the-box connectors allows you to easily integrate third party entry points into your contact center operations, allowing you to manage conversations at scale with all the digital tools that LiveEngage offers.
