LiveEngage APIs enable brands to customize applications and add features that extend the reach of the LiveEngage solution. Our APIs provide access to LiveEngage account data configuration, and real-time interaction services.
Engagement history API - incorporate transcript data into 3rd party CRM or database.
Real time operational data API - send real time chat operational performance to call center dashboards.
Users API - externally manage large number of users for LiveEngage.
Skills API - externally manage large number of skills for LiveEngage.
Agent groups API - externally manage large number of agent groups for LiveEngage.
