ForumCategory: QuestionsData Access API 404 response

We’ve reached out to our account manager, and he has confirmed that the Data Access API has been enabled on our account as of this morning. We’re having difficulty retrieving the files, the api is returning the following response:
404 Not Found –

Here is an example of the full url as specified in the documentation, with account number redacted:

My understanding is that file generation is automatic, at hourly intervals. Is there something else we might be missing?
