I would like to have the chat widget on my website be go to different people in my office, depending on the section of the website on which the user opened the chat widget.
I understand that the way to go about achieving this, is first to create separate ‘Agent Groups’ and assign agents to those groups. Is it possible to then generate embed code that would create a chat widget specific for that Agent Group, so that users would be connected to one of that Group’s agents, and show offline when no agents in that Group are online?
Or, if I’m wrong about using Agent Groups to achieve this, then could you please point me in the right direction?
