We’re looking to integrate LiveEngage with FreshDesk so that new chats that come in thru LiveEngage will create a new ticket in FreshDesk. Ideally, it would be advantageous if we could close these tickets in FreshDesk when the chat is closed in LiveEngage, as well. Does anyone have experience with this or aware of a way that this can be done?
You can use our Widget SDK to create a widget that will listen to the conversation events and call an API (FreshDesk API or a different one) according to a certain logic.
