ForumCategory: QuestionsMultilingual support (special characters) in predefined content

When exporting predefined content from LiveEngage,  the special characters used in some languages get messed up which means that they have to be corrected each time or I have to keep a master list of predefined content. How are other LivePerson customers handling this issue for their global implementations and why can’t this bug be fixed?
