Hi. I would know if there is any way to send a default message from the mobile SDK to the agent, in order to send, for example, some initial data that cannot be sent in the LPUser info. Thanks in advance.
Hi @Wilson Fernando Mora, The SDK is not able to send messages on behalf of the consumer, if you want to provide more information to the Agent I’ll recommend you use the Monitoring API (https://developers.liveperson.com/mobile-app-messaging-sdk-for-android-advanced-features-campaigns-for-mobile-app-messaging.html#monitoring-apis) or if you are using authentication you can pass SDEs (Standard Data Entities) using the JWT (https://developers.liveperson.com/mobile-sdk-and-web-authentication-detailed-api.html)
